About

The practitioner
behind the report.

My background is in operations. I spent years building the kind of infrastructure that is now the target: cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, Linux systems running under real production pressure. I know where secrets end up, how deployments actually work, and what corners get cut when things are moving fast. That context is not something you get from a course.

I got into offensive security because I could not stop thinking about the other side. Every system I built, I wondered how I would break into it. HackTheBox became the place where that curiosity turned into a practice. Retired machines, Pro Labs, CTF seasons at odd hours. The platform mirrors real infrastructure and I take it seriously, not as a hobby but as a way to stay sharp.

I started Pentalpina because I wanted to do this properly. Not as a side project, not subcontracted through a firm. One person, full scope, full accountability. I genuinely enjoy the work and I care about the outcome. When something critical turns up in your infrastructure, you deserve to hear it from the person who found it, not from a PDF.

What I bring is years of hands-on infrastructure experience, a consistent offensive security practice, and a genuine interest in every environment I get to test. OSCP is in progress. Every engagement is different and that is exactly why I do this.

Now

Founder, Pentalpina

Running independent penetration testing engagements across web, API, cloud, Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Every client, every finding, every report: my name on it.

Prior

Systems Engineer, HPC Infrastructure

Designed and deployed high-performance computing infrastructure built around NVIDIA GPU clusters, serving AI and LLM researchers. Responsible for security hardening, data integrity, storage architecture, and availability. Operating infrastructure where downtime means lost research taught me how seriously security needs to be taken in environments that cannot afford to stop.

Prior

Systems Engineer, Startup

Built and secured the full IT infrastructure of a fast-growing startup from the ground up. Support, supervision, security policy, and mentoring. The kind of environment where you own every layer and there is no one else to call.
